BRADEN KUZNIA BEGAN TAKING photographs during his second
year at university, after he enrolled in a photography course at Minnesota State
University, Moorhead.
"As time moved on I became fascinated with the whole process of
meeting people, taking a photo and developing it, " he said. His friend and fellow
photographer Tana Ruegamer inspired him to continue his
photography studies, and Braden continued on into a Documentary Photography class in his
fourth year of school. It was during this course that the class began work on the
"Fargo on Broadway" project; as each student found his or her own niche, Braden
loved interacting with the people of Fargo and taking their picture. "I loved talking
to people on the streets of Fargo," he reflected, "[and] I was able to connect
with a wide range of people."
"Everyone has a story to tell in their lifetime. I just try to capture the moment
they share it with me."
Current personal projects can be viewed on his website...
